A raw, unwashed indigo jean cut wide from hip to hem on a mid rise — the silhouette that has been carrying men’s retro denim for several seasons, produced here in a rigid regular-weight cloth. The denim is left unwashed so the surface stays flat and dark and takes the wearer’s own creases: whiskers at the hip, honeycombs behind the knee, a softened hem. Contrast tobacco stitching and a clean five-pocket block keep it close to the 1950s original rather than to a distressed interpretation of it. Cut for volume through the thigh and a straight, generous leg opening that breaks once over a boot or a loafer.
